Any Agreement entered into as a result of this Application shall be governed by applicable Tribal and federal law. This web site’s contents do not signify a solicitation or offer for a loan or cash advances in all states. Areas of operation may change with or without notice. Services mentioned on this site may or may not be available in your particular state. Each aspect of, communication, and transaction, with/on this site will be deemed to have occurred in Freedom Cash Lenders’ Big Valley Band of Pomo Indian Reservation offices, regardless of the location where you are accessing or viewing this site. All content, existing and/or submitted to and in association with this site will be considered Freedom Cash Lenders’ copyrighted property. All communications with the company are deemed confidential. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure is prohibited without the company’s express written consent.
Freedom Cash Lenders (“Company” or “we” or “our”), owns and operates the website located at www.freedomcashlenders.com, (the “Site”). Through the Site, Company operates a prospective customer data base (the “Service”), by which it compiles, sorts and sells contact information to businesses on behalf of individual consumers who have shown an interest in applying for a business’ products or services and has affirmatively asked to be contacted by a representative of a product or service business. Company utilizes third party vendors, third party affiliates, and a variety of media advertisements to promote the Site to consumers interested in completing an online application at our Site or to supplement our database by purchasing their database of consumers who have completed applications on websites other than Company’s and have affirmatively requested receipt of information about product or service offerings similar to those offered on Company’s Site.
Company may also promote its product and service offerings through e-mail, telephone or other electronic advertisements methods or solicitations to consumers who have selected the opt-in option with on our website or the website of other vendors or affiliates or list managers associated with the Company. List Members will then receive email or telephone contacts.html only for so long as they wish to continue to receive such contacts.html.
List Members can get off our telephone and e-mail contact lists at any time, no questions asked. You can remove yourself from further contact from Company by clicking on the OPT-Out link contained in each e-mail, or by sending in your OPT-Out request via e-mail to email@example.com.
If you choose to remove or unsubscribe yourself from our contact list, if applicable, we will also notify and forward your name and contact information to the specific vendor or affiliate marketer who provided your informational request to us so that they can include your name on their do-not-contact list too. Please bear in mind that if your information was purchased by Freedom Cash Lenders commercially from a third party vendor, Company may not be the only data company your contact information was sold to. Additionally, our third party vendor or affiliate may have purchased your contact information from someone else and thus you may continue to receive contacts.html from those companies as well. Company is not responsible for stopping all unwanted contacts.html from sources beyond our immediate control.
SMS POLICY AND TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA)
You agree that by submitting your information and telephone number on our website, you are providing express written consent and agree to receive telemarketing calls, auto-dialed calls, pre-recorded calls, text messages (“SMS Messages”), from us and our third-party advertisers. Your consent is not required to submit a request or purchase any goods or services. You agree and consent to be contacted by the Company, Our agents, employees, attorneys, affiliates, subsequent creditors, loan servicing companies, and third-party collectors through the use of email, and/or telephone calls and/or SMS text messages to your cellular, home or work phone numbers, as well as any other phone number you have provided in conjunction with this loan, including the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, autodialers, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
To Opt-in, you can complete an application, or sign agreements and any addendum with Freedom Cash Lenders and you will be automatically added to our free SMS courtesy text services.
To cancel SMS courtesy text message services, simply reply STOP to the message received to opt-out of respective text message services. Text STOP to the message you receive!

If you have an existing loan with Freedom Cash Lenders and are accessing your member system through your member login, your information and activity valued customer is kept confidential and not shared with any affiliate marketing company.

Freedom Cash Lenders does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors under 18 years of age.
General information collection and use
www.freedomcashlenders.com collects information through the Site from our prospective and existing customers at several different points on our web sites. We use contact information to send information about our company and to service existing accounts. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Contact and Financial information that is collected is used for verifying your name, address and other information. Not all information asked for on our site is required when you fill out our forms. Only Name, City, State, Address, Zip Code, Work Phone, Home Phone, Email Address, House Type, Place of Employment, Years Employed, Monthly Income, Loan Desired, and Best Time to Call. Information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by www.freedomcashlenders.com and may be shared in aggregate with third parties whose services are used for traffic analysis purposes. This information includes: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by www.freedomcashlenders.com to maintain and improve the quality of the service and to generate statistics regarding use of the Site. The site does not use third party databases to correct or update the information you submit to us for any reason.
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners as previously described above.

Collection and use of bank account information:
If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. Co-Branded offerings will be identified directly on the website page or form for the product or service you choose prior to you having to submit the application information. The Product or Service provider shall control your data once submitted to them. Should Freedom Cash Lenders not be able to offer you a loan because you do not meet the lending criteria, you will be presented to one of our associated network lenders or 3rd party lenders. To that end, your completion of the application on this site will be presented to this trusted network of lenders.
In order to offer you a loan, the third party lenders need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures (“E-Consent”). This form notifies you of your rights when receiving electronic disclosures, notices, and information. By clicking on the link assenting to our terms, you acknowledge that you received this E-Consent and that you consent to conduct transactions using electronic signatures, electronic disclosures, electronic records, and electronic contract documents (“Disclosures”).
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records
You may request any Disclosures in paper copy by contacting the third party lender directly. The lenders will provide paper copies at no charge. The lenders will retain all Disclosures as applicable law requires.
